The Year 1 Season Pass is the post-launch content plan that ships with Bus Simulator 27’s $49.99 Year 1 Edition and can also be sold as its own add-on. Confirmed contents are narrow on purpose: one named coach DLC, one named branded expansion, two Bus Packs, and two Cosmetic Packs. Store copy says that extra content arrives across 2026 and 2027. This page does not add mystery buses, map expansions, or pack titles that astragon has not published.

If you are still choosing an edition, read pre-order editions first. The pass is why Year 1 costs more than the $29.99 Standard game, and publisher copy claims about a 16 percent save when you take the bundle instead of the game plus the pass separately. Epic’s add-on listing has also claimed that the pass itself can save up to 40 percent versus buying those drops one by one. Treat both percentages as marketing math, not as a live price tracker.

Year 1 Edition buyers receive the pass inside the $49.99 SKU plus Advance Access on 3 September 2026. Standard buyers at $29.99 do not. After the 8 September 2026 full launch, anyone on Standard who still wants the pass should expect to buy it as add-on DLC rather than as a second copy of the game.

Mercedes-Benz Intouro

The Intouro is the first named post-launch coach. It sits beside, not instead of, the launch coaches already shown in trailers and press: Mercedes-Benz Tourismo, Scania Irizar i8, and MAN Lion’s Coach. Those three belong to the base game and to the coach fleet conversation. The Intouro is the pass’s extra intercity option, pitched as a fleet upgrade for players who live on coach routes rather than on inner-city loops.

Store text is short: the Intouro is a great addition to a coach fleet. There is no official drop month for the Intouro at the time this article was written, only the broader Year 1 window that covers 2026 and 2027. When a date lands on Steam news, it will go here instead of in a rumor heading.

Do not confuse the Intouro with the Deluxe Pack. The HESS lighTram 12 Plug and Alexander Dennis Enviro100EV are pre-order city electrics, not Season Pass coaches. They are tracked on pre-order editions and the electric buses list.

FlixBus Coach Expansion timing

Official language is consistent and vague: the FlixBus Coach Expansion arrives later within the Year 1 season. It is the largest named item in the pass after the Intouro, and it is the first time the series has announced a FlixBus-branded coach expansion.

Wikipedia and press coverage have cited July 2027 for that expansion. This wiki reports that as secondary timing, not as a locked Steam date. If you are buying Year 1 only because you want FlixBus on 8 September 2026, stop. The expansion is scheduled after launch week, later in the Year 1 cycle, and the July 2027 figure is a reported window rather than a day-one promise.

Until the expansion ships, launch coaches and the Intouro are the long-distance tools. Felicia Bay’s twin cities Alcaztelar and Mequina already support intercity work in the base game, which is why the Felicia Bay guide and the demo walkthrough still matter if you never buy the pass.

Bus Packs and Cosmetic Packs

Two Bus Packs and two Cosmetic Packs are confirmed. No manufacturer list, no skin names, and no slot-by-slot calendar have been published. Filling those blanks with guesses would break the rule this article exists to protect.

A reasonable reading is that Bus Packs add licensed vehicles and Cosmetic Packs add liveries or interior extras, but even that sentence is inference from the labels. Bundle, pass, or wait

Take Year 1 Edition if you want the pass plus 3 September Advance Access in one checkout. Take Standard if you only want the 8 September 2026 game and will judge each drop later. Buying the pass on its own after launch is the path for people who already own Standard and then decide the Intouro or FlixBus is worth it.

There is no public promise that every Bus Pack will be sold separately at a discount matching the 40 percent claim. There is also no public promise of extra map DLC inside Year 1. If a later announcement adds a named pack, this page will gain a heading; it will not quietly grow a fake table.
